Yeah they are certainly good. Cure? I think not. It certainly didn't help a long term client of my business. He was big into natural remedies and cures but the cancer got the best of him.

In no way am I saying Sugar is good for you. Of course it is bad. I mentioned the effects that it can have on me personally. But saying it causes cancer is a bunch of fear mongering BS. There is no iron clad proof that sugar, glucose, fructose, etc causes cancer.

But people are free to buy into and think whatever you like though. I'd be careful though because stressing, worrying and obsessing over it causes cancer too.

Just saying..
