i like a one to one, drop for drop of magnascent and SSKI .

i get a nice jolt if i do a whole dropper full of magnascent in water only on an empty stomach. havent done it in a while, but it will pick you right up.

as for KI, anything between 100 and 1000 mg is safe. trust yourself.
