Your liver is super congested if you're so constipated. Bile causes peristalsis and if you don't have bile flow there is no peristalsis.
Try ColonMax for bowel movements. It's a blend of magnesium, Aloe, Rhubarb, Slippery Elm, Marshmallow, Triphala. None of these are causing dependency and work very gently but thoroughly.
