VSL worked for me for about a week and then quit. it helped to clear my sinuses. VSL is very expensive and only has a couple of strains of bacteria. CP-1 did absolutely nothing for me. My best results were with renew life probiotics. I stop doing probiotics because they were not colonizing. For probiotics to be more effective candida needs to be down to a minimum. Analogy--pull the weeds before you can plant the garden(probiotics). Its hard to plant a garden when there is too many weeds(candida).
