So this sort of goes with the post I posted a few days ago about my health problems. Something I am noticing when I take supplements is something bad. I have been trying Maca powder for a days and I have had nothing but bad reactions. It makes me very breathless and anxious. My body temp actually gets colder. It just makes me feel miserable. I dont see how this can be?! Maca I heard is supposed to help with adrenal problems. Can anyone explain this?
