I've gradually increased up to 5 drops of Magnascent, followed 20 minutes later by 4 drops of (home made) SSKI usually with a capsule of magnesium glycinate. Selenomethionine with food, usually once/day.

I try to remember to do this four times/day.

Does this seem like a reasonable proportion of Magnascent to SSKI ?

I ask because I'm not as grumpy as I was when using Lugol's, not much detox symptom anymore, but the hot spot under my left lower rib is usually still there.
