Taking a 18 strain probiotic/Plant strains that arent designed for the human gut can never makeup for the hundreds of "human" strains that we lose. Some people think that we can just take probiotics to make up for the antibiotics taken.  Doesnt work that way once some of the beneficial bacteria is gone.
