B 6 is involved in DAO production which is an enzyme that breaks down histamines so maybe that's what they were referencing. it does not raise histamines. i haven't tried histame but read about it.it seems overpriced. i also read the enzyme amylase helps break down histamines too and they are in my digestive enzymes. i have tried methionine, b6 vitamin C with bioflavanoids and the 3 have helped me brilliantly. That along with a low histamine low copper diet. Its been less than 2 weeks my high histamine symptoms are dissapearing quickly:)
