Pretty much on the money - 28 years old, 6'0" 160 lbs., all the other aspects hold true except craving water and any hernias. I should add that I normally don't get cold at all, ever, just recently. BP is usually 105/65, but I am an athlete and eat very well. Any regimented info. would be much appreciated!
