B 6 is actually involved with creating the enzyme DAO which breaks down histamines, dr. Phieffer recommends this for high histamine patients. I haven't found anything connecting it with raising histamnes only the breakdown. Where are you getting that info? B 5 from my research has some mild stimulant type properties so I avoid it. I don't think it's bad, I just don't feel I need it at this stage.....so after I posted the above I did a search on b 5 and though it does stimulate the adrenals it works as a natural anti histamne! Woohoo! Thanx Ali, I may add this to my regiment after all
