To help with die-off try epsolm salt baths. Or saunas if you can. Toxins will literally come out of the skin and it will be instant and major relief.

I have had all kinds of die-off effects, and I have seen anything under the sun listed as them.

I am in a similar boat to you and took diflucan last week. I had instant relief, but then the hard work sets in. Dedicate yourself to beating this the first time and not letting it drag out.

What stool test did you use?
