Yes, the info sharing within adrenal forum has been excellent. Mucho beneficial.

And yes, B6 and VitC, staples here. Connecting these dots, these inflammation dots... thas part of this journey. Working with adaptogens has been integral in this.

And that is one thing I'd really like to hear folks discuss are these neck and backaches and how they as you said "correlate this with the histamine release". This is exactly what led me to this forum. The neck and backache symptoms have been mega barometers for adrenal stress. Am working the last few % towards homeostasis that I know are within reach.
