Once they leave your intestines and migrate to your skin, they seem to thrive there. I've kept them under control by constant use of coconut oil and Noxzema, which they hate. At first, it causes them to come out of your skin (in my case, by the hundreds) but if you continue to use the coconut oil on your skin, they eventually go away. Castor oil is good for healing lesions they cause.
