My second greatest surprise was that in planning to break that fast with 7 or 8 days of juice then 8 or 9 days of fruits and vegetables, my body was absolutely unsatisfied with juice after about a day and unsatisfied with fruits and vegetables after about another 1.5 days and ferociously demanded more. Genuine Hunger was nipping at my heels and i was forced to out-run it.
