Hi Uny,

I know you are really busy and I don't want to bother you, but my rashes are a lot worse now and have spread to more areas. I was so miserable that I had to use the medications again just to stop it from spreading and getting more inflamed. Are there any things I can start doing right now to get it under control until I can start a full healing program? I read on the eczema forum about an all vegetable anti-candida diet that worked for someone else, so I was wondering if it might help me also? Here is the link to that post:

I would not love to do such a restrictive diet, but I would be willing to do it if it was the best solution. I'm not sure that my eczema is candida related, so I don't want to go on an anti-candida diet if that isn't really my problem.
