The best way ao insure that your body detoxifies these metasl successfully out of the tissues is to get your liver and colon cleaned out first. Been there.

Chlorella and spirulina are good heavy metal detoxifiers that work on the cellular level. Clove oil is great at getting the mercury out of the gums. Dilute it with olive oil, because it's real hot on the tissues.
