Maybe Elimination Diet testing is adequate to reveal gluten & wheat sensitivities but I kinda doubt it. I found out about mind through blood testing. Even if you are just at level l in sensitivity it is enough to mow down some villi & interfere with absorption of nutrients. Then you have to check for candida if you find you are sensitive.
