It looks like North isn't going to answer my question about vitamin C and the other forum. I know that the experts on that site recommend vitamin C for the treatment, there's one post where an expert recommends at least 3000 mg of vitmin C a day. No body pays any attention to the website's official stand on Candida because most of the information is outdated, the forum is where all the helpful information is located. It's basically the same protocol I used but they are in favor a lot more homemade kefir and homemade yogurt than I took during my treatment, and more vitamins as well.
