Thank you to both posters. I am feeling so much better after I started taking raw ginger juice. Yesterday, I felt like I was never sick, but today it is back just ever so slightly. So I am continuing with Ginger Juice and turmeric.

I will start my fast tomorrow. Today I have already eaten.
