I have a elaborate Excel workbook with frequencies from multiple sources - CAFL, HC, VEGA, Ondamed amd CPS Resarch.
One of my spreadsheets in the workbook compares the DNA frequencies of 17 nematodes, trematodes and cestoids. There a hand full of frequencies shared amongst different pathogens residing in the 3 groups. The nematodes have a large number of shared DNA frequencies shares amongst the 5 different pathogens.
This spreadsheet counts the number of complete matches on a per group basis, and the number of matches in a freq range across all groups (for sweep purposes). It interesting to see the groupings of frequencies from 705 Hz to 1350 Hz. There are notable pockets with large number of frequencies. I can filter the pocketing by the group - nematodes, trematodes and cestoids. I can also filter on the first 6 DNA freqs in the sequence.
The workshet contains the following pathogens:
Ancylostoma duodenale (hook worm)
Angiostrongylus general
Ascaris Lumbricoides
Clonorchis sinensis
Diphyllobothrium latum & Diphyllobothrium nihonkaiense Enterobius vermicularis (pin worm)
Fasciola hepatica
Opisthorchis felineus (cat liver fluke)
Schistosoma haematobium
Schistosoma Japonicum
Schistosoma Mansoni
Schistosoma Mekongi
Strongyloides stercoralis
Taenia General (tapeworm)
Taenia Solium (pork tapeworm)
Toxocara canis
Hymenolepsis diminuta
Dirofilaria immitis
I have an identical worksheet for the remainder of DNA frequency sets that don't fall in to the "worm" category.
Cheers ...
