oh thats good, I been trying the coline diet but sometimes I been cheating on it, when I get stressed out I just eat stuff im not suppose to eat, but I am gonna try harder cause I do want this to go away, what soaps do you use, cause right now I use dove unsented it seems smells make me worse. I don't use no perfumes it gives me a headace LOL so can what can I use?
