My personal feeling is that you are probably right. Heavy metals may be a chief cause of adrenal fatigue. If that's true, then getting rid of the metals would be the best way to take care of AF.

Of course, this is just my feeling, backed up by a fair amount of research into metals and very cursory research into AF (enough research to note the similarity in symptoms between the two). Considering all of the other problems metals can cause, it would make sense to me if AF is one of them.
