On the other hand, there are some articles that claim candida albicans induces a Th 17 response. Mercury is also mentioned as a Th 17 promoter.
At the end, what is important is to eliminate the fungal pathogen. It should end with the immune suppression.

An excessive Th 17 response or polarization may cause auto immune diseases.
