I don't have copper toxicity for sure or at least not in noticeable form.
Zinc was my every day pill years ago. I overuse it. I used also a lot of molybdenum + NAC + MSM.

I'm low in hemoglobin and iron... without copper is impossible to make hem.

Do you know any examination to have some clue except ceruloplasmin? Ferritin maybe?
