You need to read those links I posted again. Its possible to be both toxic and deficient at the same time.

Also you forgot the rule that states no Zinc without Copper in proper ratio...

...also if youi supply copper in salt form your body can chose to let it go if not needed. This one has the correct ratio of 10:1 copper:zinc:
