ok so i still have my mirena in, almost 3 yrs now, the past 7 months i have been having panic attacks, anxiety, and just feel like totally disconnected, after reading alot of these posts i am pretty much convinced it is from mirena, or at least hope so cuz otherwise i must be going crazy, so i have decided im going to remove it and go on paraguard i guess since everything else seems to have hormones, but as much as i am having these anxiety attacks are they going to get worse when i remove this? i dont think i can handle them getting any worse, how long does it take to feel normal again?
