An excellent and effective mouthwash solution can be made by simply adding 3.7 ml of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to 500 ml of water. You will have to do some testing to determine how may drops equal a milliliter. If you use a conversion program remember that Miracle-Mineral-Supplement has a specific gravity of 1.24. This solution will be good, if kept away from UV light, for 4 - 6 months.

To use you take a mouth full and swish for 30 - 60 seconds, with longer times being better. Then spit it out. Using this twice a day provides excellent oral hygiene.

After swishing avoid rinsing, brushing, drinking and eating for the next 10 - 15 minutes.

You can even add a drop or two of mint extract for the "zesty" experience.
