I desperately hope you're right about it being a clogged duct or something, hopefully not a tape cyst in there... I'm gonna look into those massage techniques that's a great idea thanks! And who knows, could be I've had some sort of build up in there for years and now it's coming out because I changed my life and pump myself full of herbs and vitamins all the time. Anything but worms in the breast...
...Although if they are in there they aren't very big - I've never been chesty (except during breast feeding of course, ages ago) and after losing tons of weight from these buggers I'm an A-cup and would definitely see a lump or something if there was a big unwanted critter in there...
Fortunately the redness went after about a half an hour. Still bothersome though.
