yes, I have heard of people just taking ALA during the day, and not getting up at night to take it and having success with that.

Of course, Andy will tell you this is a path leading straight to permanent paralysis, psychosis and a fate worse than death… And who knows? For some people this might be true

the longer I study this the more I believe that different people detox mercury differently. And therefore, a protocol that works for one person might not work for somebody else. For one person only taking Lipoic acid during the day might be detrimental, for another person It might be great.

That's my input on the subject Anyway
