Im in the same boat until i eradicate the candida in my colon.

constipation: 1 tea bag of senna, 10+ grams of vitamin C, Prunes have worked in past but dont do them cause they cause too much gas, Bile salts..too much can cause diarreah.

Eventually  probiotic enemas needs to be done to restore flora to get bowel movements back.
