There are natural DT crystals which can be very powerful. One of the keys is to clear and charge the crystal. As far as healing power goes I don't think you will find any crystals that will surpass the power of a true Vogel cut crystal. ARC Vogel cut crystals are taking healing to the next level IMHO:
