Have you read THE MOOD CURE or THE DIET CURE by Julia Ross? I think both books would help you a lot. Have you checked out the possibility that you might have copper overload? If not, you might want to read WHY AM I ALWAYS SO TIRED? by Anne Louise Gittleman. Also, definitely check out http://www.drlwilson.com
and http://www.arltma.com
for several good articles on copper overload and your various overlapping conditions. Who you working with on your health issues?
