I just realized I may have made a mistake regarding the vitex powder and wild yam ratio. I would be taking my 5th dose, but will not do so until I hear back from you. I've been taking 3 parts vitex to one part wild yam root, half teaspoon three times daily. but looking back I think it looks like it was supposed to be 3 parts wild yam root to one part vitex. I was trying to be so careful too. I think I just got so hung up on the 3 to 1 ratio as half a teaspoon, that I totally bypassed which herb was supposed to be 3 parts to one part of the other herb. oh well. that's spatial dyscalculia for you there. I'm glad I only took a few doses. I was originally going to tell you I received Flora Garden, which like my vitex and wild yam root is supposed to be taken 20 minutes prior to meals. do I take this away from the vitex/wild yam mix or can I just take Flora Garden after? and also, must food be taken 20 minutes later? for example I needed to take my third dose of vitex/wild yam mix last night, but I wasn't hungry afterwards, so I went to bed. is that ok?

anyways, I'll try to be more careful for now on.
