I am not the most experienced user but I find when I take too much or too often I get tired and can sleep all day and night. I am going to make the new CDS and try it. Yesterday I took 2 does of 3 (1to1)drop doses of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and had diarrhea and sleepiness. I understand this means I need the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement but it is telling me I need to take more small does rather than large does. I understand more small does hourly is the new protocol. In the past I did the old protocol and went up to 15 drops 3 times a day for a week and spent a long time sleepy and achy.
