Maybe candida has a different effect on different people, because when my candida was at its worst, my problem wasn't constipation but rather that my bowel movements would come flying out of me not fully digested. At that time I would have 2-3 huge bowel movements a day.

As my health has been getting better and better, my bowel movements have gone down to average 1-2 a day, and very well digested.
