No...I bought them by the pound from amazon.com and mountainrose.com.

I take a good amount per day...maybe a teaspoon of each every time mixed with milk.

I don't like taking pills or capsules.


Just took my second dosage and now I'm feeling like I might do a BM soon. One of herbs is having this effect which is good for me.

I also take L-cysteine and Zymex 11.

Plan on ordering the systemic enzymes too.
