I am also going to drink chlorophyll every morning (which I have) as I know that can help detox...if indeed that is my problem which I doubt. I think high doses of Iodine for me may have disturbed some electrolyte imbalance or caused electrical misfires in my brain as a lot of deja vu is a symptom of neurological problems NOT psychiatric ones....
