Blood Sugar levels will drop on a water-only-fast and which is quite normal.
You have switched over from glucose as a main fuel source to ketosis or fat-burning instead.
Ketosis will supply or regenerate some glucose via the Liver, but the amount you or anyone else will need, amounts to less than the equivalent of one teaspoon per day.
Nothing to be concerned about.
