SL Protocol AKA Vitamin Shock Therapy for Candida & General Health

1. Triple Dose on Organic Multi Vitamins without Iron per day

2. Combined Chromium Supplement 5mg per day (Chromium Picolate, Chromium Chelate, Chromium Polynicotinate) per day

3. Organic Vitamin A 50,000iu (Fish Liver Oil) per day

4. ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid) 600mg 3 times a day or 1800mg once a day

5. Beta Sitosterol 1000mg or more per day

6. Organic Turmeric (curcumin) as much as you can tolerate once a week

7. Zinc Picolate 100mg & Vitamin D3 10,000iu every third day.
