I have not done much to get mercury out but.... I tried ALA,DMPS,DMSA pills for a couple months and saw no effects. except a lot of earwax came out with ALA....

As far as holding in my bowels , I did this since as long as I can remember, so I dont know why I did this on purpose, I know that it felt good to me, and I may have done it because of stress? I have so many problems I dont know what to even do with myself now :(
