With heavy meals I take something called Z y p a n, but I'm not advertising the product by any means. I want you to be aware that supplemental digestive support exists and may help you. Some take bitters to improve stomach acidity. I prefer to VERY thoroughly chew all food when possible. For a while, you could experiment with Betaine hydrochloride supplements with digestive enzymes.
