You put on where, the skin is temporarily protected, because they're not eating your skin, but the oil or acid, or sugar(that's why honey seems healing), but the overall gowth will become more. I could see visually after I used these things, that my ezxema will grow more and more. I just had some on my leg, then spreaded to my arm, after I used oil, they are starting to spread to my body. But I'm stopping them!
The reason you see them gone, and coming back, is they hide some where, and producing more, once you stop feeding them, they feed on you more severely.
