I have Amalgams still in...

I am all over the place, with birth injury, leading to bad psyche treatments, mercury maybe leading to psychosis same story, heard a lot.

My question is, I should avoid NAC, obviously ALA, chollera, spirillina, Cutler says all thiol foods, should be eliminated.

problem is I get confused, what about benodite clay, or DE, or zeolite?

I heard zeolite could be dangerous carcinogenic, have not heard claims about ingesting edible clay.

I feel like everytime a new prodcut or fad comes along, the medical a**ho**s find problmes with it, and make me second guess, is zeolite dangerous? Would liquid be non toxic?

Is edible clays a safe bet?

Finally with Amalgams in, should I be trying edible clays?

I mean if they are chelators which it said in wiki page than I would imagine it could do the same damage ALA does.
