hello all.

i'm new here and would like some help.

i have powdered Wormwood , powdered Black-Walnut & powdered clove.

i would like to know the proper amount of each to combine together to make a cleanse.

my measuring apparatus is limited to 1/4 tsp, 1/2 tsp, 1 tsp, 1 tbsp. but i can figure it out if someone gives me an idea as to what i need to aim for amount wise.

i was listening to david wolfe and he was saying to get these to make a cleanse, but he didn't say how much of each.

now i have the items and don't know what to do with them! :)

so i guess i'm half way there. but really half way in this case is not good enough. :)
