Your flush schedule is erratic. And your methods are erratic. Don't try to reinvent the wheel Dude. Follow the protocol of someone reliable like Andreas Moritz or Hulda Clark . For gosh sakes - what do you expect? You didn't flush for far too long and your body stopped up and now has to start all over again purging those stones and what are you doing to your body? Experimenting on it a bit cruelly? On top of that you get pissed because you didn't get the results you wanted. Ppppleeeassse. Have some patience! Forget avocados.
