CZ has many protocols and it takes a long time to find out what your own body needs. You might have the same symptoms as others but the cause may be different.
I have a list of at least 10 different forums and from every forum I learned something I could use and some things that worked for others did nothing for me(or made me worse).

Just never give up and keep researching.
