Hi there thank you so much for your reply can I ask you what u mean by metals? I have considered the chemicals in the water. I live on a farmwhere we use a bore hole but I work away in a village where the hot water runs White and it is when I'm at this place when I bathe that my hair gets thick with the wax I have considered if this is the cause before. Thank you again for your reply!!
