Koodos to you for reaching out. even if your suspicions are correct, there may be a simple solution for you. while i did not say easy, simple is the key. even if your situation requires complexity, then your commitment to resolution and knowing there is a solution for you is also key.

When you are willing to "do what it takes", you are almost there. BTW, although i am licensed to council, this is NOT advice over anything you are doing with your medical professional of any kind if you are seeing one. like you, don't advocate any medications of any kind, ever. not even Antibiotics or aspirin.

if you do a google search on "discover guaranteed happiness", the author of that course publishes a free mini-course that may completely resolve your situation. i know he has taught for over 15 years and worked with families that have endured suicides, rape, murder, financial devastation, abuses, much more and has incredible success with helping others.
