Thank you Trapper! I've been taking quite a few of the above mentioned but for some reason pulled out star anise this morning anad ground some up in my tea. I'll make another cup. What I have not taken I have all of on hand in some remote corner of the cabinets. I'll go dig out the oregano oil. I just have to kick this crap out of my body.

On a better note, my son (28yrs old) came in earlier complaining of a cold sore on his lip, right in the center wide open crack so I put a drop of SSKI on it..he was jumping and hooting and hollering to beat the band..."WTH is that?"....Iodine, you'll be better tomorrow, wait and see...ahahahha...anyhow he just came in and asked for another drop...he said "it's really helping, need some more!". Well there you have it...I have used it successfully this way too..but yes, it STINGS!!! Aww..what's a little sting compared to the benefits..NADDA! And that is the remedy I need to kick this damn bug to the curb! lol
