I'm over here sicker than row of pesticide sprayed flowers. I don't know but isn't the IO suppose to protect us from this garbage? Am I not taking enough? I've got enough vitamins, minerals, herbs, super foods and io in me to satisfy the weakest of constitutions, but honestly for the cryin in the night, for the love of the land.

My question is not that, what it's about is this. I was put on valtrex in July of this year daily due to chronically occuring shingles. I got sick and tired of taking the rat bastards so I went off them about 1.5 weeks ago. I'm wondering if this weakened my immunity or bodies ability to fight back in any way? It seems reasonable to say it did do this but just curious if anyone really knows about this. I asked the docs about this and they shook their heads but I don't know if I can believe that.

Does this call for trapper's SSKI ? I've got SSKI , Nascent, Detoxified and Iodoral. I've been taking Iodoral, Last night I was so cold from fever that I had pure hot water coming out from the tub spout and couldn't get warm so I dropped some SSKI in the water and some Epsom Salts . I never did get warm.
